Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — for sign-in and transactional email.
• Content you post — listings (brand, model, notes, location, photos) and bookings.
• Minimal session data — cookies required to keep you logged in.

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or phone numbers.

How we use it

• To run the service: show your listings, match bookings, authenticate you.
• To send transactional email (sign-in links, booking notifications).

We do not sell data. We do not run ads. We do not profile users for ML.

Who else sees it

• Other users see your listings (when you mark them available) and your email when they book.
• Hosting: Gigalixir (app + Postgres).
• Email: currently routed to server logs; a transactional email provider (e.g. Resend) will be added later.

Your rights

You can edit your email in settings, delete individual listings and bookings at any time, and request full account deletion by emailing hello@getstruments.example .

Cookies

A single session cookie is set when you're logged in. No third-party tracking cookies.

If this policy materially changes, we'll note it on this page and update the date above.
